- Encoding: H.264 format
- Acceptable formats: MP4 format with H.264 codec to widely support across devices. AAC audio is recommended because most players support AAC audio encoding. While MP4/H.264 file formation is recommended, other formats, such as WebM and VP8, may be submitted.
- Minimum bit rate of 700 kbps. Maximum bit rate of 1500 kbps
